Yuliya Shekhtman bought a four-bedroom, four-bath home at 5350 Rhea Ave. in Tarzana from Vladimir Isperov for $550,000 on Dec. 7.

Isperov paid $890,000 for the property in June 2005. The 2,200-square-foot house was built in 1950.

Mr. Shekhtman is a co-founder and director of mortgage operations at Lending Bee, Inc., a full-service real estate company headquartered in Los Angeles. He previously worked as a loan processing manager at a mortgage banking firm in Beverly Hills. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of California.

Mr. Isperov is a co-owner and director of sales and marketing at Lending Bee, Inc.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 264 home sales in Tarzana during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $540,000.
