Wilinski paid $450,000 for the property in Feb. 2005. The 1,461-square-foot home was built in 1959.

Reshetnikov is an escrow officer at City Escrow, a full-service, independent escrow company with offices in Temple City, Encino, West Covina and Granada Hills.

He has a B.A. in economics from University of California-Santa Barbara.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 531 home sales in Winnetka during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $318,500.
