James L. Coufal and Ronaldo Vieira sold a two-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo at 1323 N. Sweetzer Ave. in West Hollywood to Adam Pomeranz and Kim Solow for $715,000 on Dec. 1.

Coufal and Vieira paid $555,000 for the property in March 2003. The 1,750-square-foot Unit #201 is part of the 1323 N. Sweetzer Ave. development built in 1993 in North West Hollywood.

Mr. Coufal is a partner, senior consultant and engagement manager at TCG Consulting, LLC.

He obtained an M.B.A. in international business and marketing from the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business and received a B.S. in finance from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln.

Mr. Pomeranz is account executive in the Los Angeles office of TeleRep, Inc., a New York based television advertising representation firm.

He graduated from San Diego State University.
