"Participation in YMCA health and wellness programs offers opportunities for friendship and community, a sense of well-being, self-confidence and improved intellectual abilities," said Roxanne Davis, Community Liaison. "And of course, being healthy means the opportunity to strengthen your heart, lungs, bones and muscles, too.  But at the YMCA, health and wellness is an historic, integral part of the YMCA mission — of building the complete individual."
