Sebastien Maury and Dr. Analisa Arosemena bought a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 5001 Alhambra Circle in Coral Gables from Sakhrat and Simona Khizroev for $530,000 on Sept. 18.

The Khizroevs paid $449,000 for the property in April 2009. The 2,556-square-foot house in the University neighborhood was built in 1967.

Mr. Maury is a sales director for Latin America at Airbus, an aircraft manufacturing subsidiary of the European aerospace company EADS. Previously, he was vice president of customer support at AMG, a sales and marketing manager for Messier-Bugatti, a sales and marketing manager at EADS Barfield, and a marketing analyst at Aerospatiale.

Dr. Arosemena is an ophthalmologist specializing in glaucoma at Aran Eye Associates in Hialeah. She is also affiliated with Mercy Hospital Inc. in Miami.

She earned her medical degree from the University of Guadalajara School of Medicine in Mexico and completed her residency and fellowship at the Tulane University School of Medicine.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 419 home sales in Coral Gables in 2008, with a median sales price of $449,000.
