IBM employee sells Jupiter 3BD

Medium 62161779c8defd69c4cf364cb34f0484 Guy and Diane Catullo sold a three-bath home at 1076 Lake Shore Dr. in Jupiter to Ted E. Furniss and Myra H. Kemp for $450,000 on Aug. 28.

The Catullos paid $316,250 for the 2,901-square-foot house in April 2001. It was built in 1997 in the Jupiter South/Abacoa neighborhood.

Mr. Catullo works in sales and enablement at IBM.

Furniss was a managing director at Philadelphia Investment Partners. He also served as vice president for the New York City-based asset management firm P. R. Herzig & Co. Inc.

He holds an M.B.A. from the University of Oxford.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 1,135 home sales in Jupiter in 2008, with a median sales price of $243,683.
