Mr. Yavari is the vice president of administration and corporate secretary at CMI Management, a management services firm headquartered in Alexandria, Va. He began his career at Bordali Enterprises as a communications manager.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 1,843 sales in Miami Beach in 2008, with a median sales price of $273,500.
