Church paid $1.25 million for the property in June 2006. The 3,179-square-foot house in the Hollywood East neighborhood was built in 1991. Barbara A. Marks is the listing agent for the property.

Mr. Church is the founder and director of Saber Seven Inc., a media technology company. He is also a managing member at Derek Holdings, an airline pilot at Jetblue Airways and he manages several private real estates in south Florida. Previously, he served for 13 years with the U.S. Navy.

He received his bachelor's degree from Jacksonville University.
