Kenneth P. Olshein sold a four-bedroom, four-bath home at 6362 Brava Way in Boca Del Mar to Alan Black for $376,000 on Sept. 14.

Olshein paid $550,000 for the property in June 2005. The 2,845-square-foot home in the Costa Brava subdivision was built in 1994.

Olshein is the president of Kenneth P. Olshein Consulting in Boca Raton and an automotive consultant at Cars Buy Ken. He previously was a managing member at A1A Finance LLC.

He has a B.S. degree in economics from Illinois State University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 321 sales in Boca del Mar in 2008, with a median sales price of $275,000.
