Bruce and Carolyn Cumby sold a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 262 E. River Park Dr. in Jupiter to Richard and Patricia Levy for $372,500 on Sept. 3.

The 1,889-square-foot home in the Johnathan's Landing/Admiral's Cove neighborhood was built in 1986.

Mr. Cumby is the owner and president of Cumby, Spencer and Associates Financial Group, a financial advisory firm based in Haverton, Pa. He is on the board of the Delaware Estate Planning Committee and is a member of the Philadelphia Estate Planning Committee.

He earned his CFC and CLU designations from American College.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 1,115 sales in Jupiter in 2008, with a median sales price of $240,000.
