He has a B.S. in civil engineering from Florida Atlantic University.

Ms. Debrincat is a senior human resources analyst for the City of West Palm Beach.

Mr. Miclean is a certified public accountant in West Palm Beach.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 62 sales in Lake Clarke Shores in 2008, with a median sales price of $293,750.
