Frantzy and Judith Theodule sold a six-bedroom, four-bath home at 3162 Hamblin Way in Wellington to Ronald and Kathleen Bova for $360,000 on Sept. 4.

The Theodules paid 698,375 for the 5,185-square-foot home in Jan. 2006. It is part of the Wellington East neighborhood.

Mr. Theodule is a lead member of the outside sales force at Turtle & Hughes Inc., a distributor of electrical, industrial, data communications and networking equipment. He previously founded Millennium Electrical Supply.

Ms. Theodule is a real estate agent at Resolve Realty Inc. in North Baldwin, N.Y.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 1,256 sales in Wellington in 2008, with a median sales price of $392,500.
