Robert and Patricia Schug have listed for sale a five-bedroom, five-bath home at 7810 Banyan Terrace in Tamarac for $550,000.

The Schugs paid $650,000 for the property in Sept. 2007. The 4,709-square-foot house in the Tamarac West neighborhood was built in 1983. Irene Torroella of Aleti Realty is the listing agent of the property.

Mr. Schug is the president of Lorien Technologies, a leader in microfiche and microfilm scanning. He has been in the micrographics industry for the past 26 years. Prior to Lorien Technologies, he was a sales manager for imaging services at TRW REDI.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 1,748 home sales in Tamarac in 2008, with a median sales price of $84,500.
