Kristine and Howard Rothman have listed for sale a five-bedroom, 6.5-bath home at 1320 Hatteras Court in Hollywood for $1.55 million.

The Rothmans bought the property for $1,266,140 in Jan. 2005. The 5,549-square-foot house in the Hollywood East neighborhood was built in 2006. Scott Patterson of EWM Real Estate is the listing agent.

Mrs. Howard is a licensed facial specialist in North Miami.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 2,840 home sales in Hollywood in 2008, with a median sales price of $135,000.
