Darrin Shapiro and Sherrin Principato bought a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 10190 Crosswind Road in Unincorporated Boca Raton from Florence and Sidney Stern for $325,000 on Sept. 22.

The 2,992-square-foot house in the Boca Greens Country Club neighborhood was built in 1980.

Mr. Shapiro is a professional wakeboarder. He runs the Ride The Spot wakeboard camp in Orlando and is the owner of Waketrix.com, which produces instructional DVDs on wakeboarding.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 1,569 home sales in Unincorporated Boca Raton during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $175,000.
