Dr. Eduardo Kofman and Sandra Kofman bought a four-bedroom, 4.5-bath condo at 3301 N.E. 183rd St. in Aventura from Sadia and Elena Chocron for $830,000 on Oct. 14.

The Chocrons paid $1.02 million for the 3,464-square-foot Unit #1404 in Nov. 2007. It is part of the Peninsua, a waterfront development in the South Aventura/Dumfoundling Bay neighborhood.

Dr. Kofman is the director of the Digestive Care Center in Miami. Previously, he worked with the Brownsville Care Center.

He attended the University of Buenos Aires in Argentina.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,120 condo sales in Aventura during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $230,000
