Valet company exec buys Palm Beach Gardens 3BD

Medium decacbd7c12172061cf545b1fa3c5772 Troy J. Mason and Christopher T. Sullivan bought a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 15226 71st Dr. N. in Unincorporated Palm Beach Gardens from Dwight and Lidubina Foster for $300,000 on Sept. 18.

The Fosters bought the property for $190,000 in Sept. 2001. The 2,946-square-foot house in the West of Jupiter neighborhood was built in 1991.

Mr. Mason is the executive director of finance and risk management at Seminole Exchange, a provider of valet and transportation services for hotels, casinos and resort venues. He has more than 15 years of experience in the underwriting and management of hotel and casino openings.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 204 home sales in Unincorporated Palm Beach Gardens during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $268,000.
