Dr. Nicholas S. Bogannam and Jennifer A. Bogannam bought a four-bedroom, four-bath home at 122 Bianca Dr. in Palm Beach Gardens from Karen and Ilan Berkner for $490,000 on Oct. 20.

The Berkners bought the property for $939,132 in March 2007. The 3,333-square-foot house was built in 2006 in the Paga Area neighborhood.

Dr. Bogannam is a chiropractor with his own practice, Southport Chiropractor, in Fairfield, Conn. He established the clinic in 1980.

He graduated from Marquette University and Northwest College of Health Science.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 962 home sales in Palm Beach Gardens during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $253,000.
