Mr. Sagat has been a partner with Sagat Burton LLP in New York. His areas of practice include insurance, corporate and securities litigation, and financial loss contingencies. He previously served as a trial attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice's antitrust division and he worked at D'Amato & Lynch LLP.

He earned his bachelor's and master's from Dartmouth College. He obtained his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 636 condo sales in Boca Raton during the past 12 months, with a median price of $223,500.
