The 3,093-square-foot house was built in 1966 in the Boca Raton Central neighborhood.

Gautney is the executive vice president and manager of cash management at First Southern Bank of Boca Raton. He is also a member of the board of directors at NACHA, vice chairman of EastPay's board of directors and chairman-elect of the Regional Payments Association.

He holds an M.B.A. in management from the University of Florida School of Business.

Ms. Etner-Silk is a realtor at RE/MAX Services. She specializes in the Boca Raton waterfront market.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,337 sales in Boca Raton during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $297,500.
