NBA All-Star lists Cloisters on the Bay 6BR for $2M

Medium 52a86b6b16f27ec007c422a86c70d954 Shawn Marion has listed for sale a six-bedroom, 8.2-bath townhouse at 3471 Main Highway in Miami for $2 million.

The 7,373-square-foot townhouse, Unit #101, is part of the Cloisters on the Bay development, which was built in 2008. It is in North/East Coconut Grove. Darren Weiner of Antigen Realty is the listing agent for the home.

If purchased "as is" for the asking price and closed on by 5:00 p.m. EST on Dec. 31, 2010, Marion will provide the buyer with four Club Level tickets to the Superbowl together with round-trip private jet service for four people to the game. The Superbowl will take place on Feb. 6, 2011 at Cowboys Stadium.

Marion is an NBA All-Star who currently plays for the Dallas Mavericks. Previously, he played for the Toronto Raptors and the Miami Heat. He also participated in the 2004 Athens Olympics. Marion was drafted out of college in 1999 by the Phoenix Suns. He has established the Shawn Marion Foundation, which aims to help single-parent families through vocational training and scholarships.

Marion attended Vincennes University and the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
