He previously served as an assistant professor at Purdue University. He also became part of the University of British Columbia in Canada.

He received his bachelor's from the University of Toronto and his Ph.D. from the University of Illinois.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 2,515 home sales in Miami during the past 12 months, with a median price of $150,000.
