Losek paid $455,000 for the unit in Aug. 2003. The 1,865-square-foot condo is part of The South Tower at the Point condo development, which was built in 2002 in North Aventura/Turnberry.

Losek has been the president at Tufgear Solutions and Tufchikgear.com, provider of top quality custom/private label and blank fight and athletic apparel. She is also a program director at F.I.S.T. Martial Arts. She is the former owner and instructor at FIST Inc.

She attended University of Florida.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 11 condo sales in Aventura during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $225,000.
