Osvaldo Mayoral and Mercedes Mayoral bought a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 455 Amalfi Ave. in Coral Gables from Ramon A. Matos and Stella H. Matos for $645,000 on Nov. 1.

The Matoses paid $599,000 for the property on Oct. 12. The 2,337-square-foot house was built in 2003 in South Gables. It is located in the Coral Gables Riviera subdivision.

Dr. Mayoral practices family and cosmetic dentistry at Dazzling Results. He is the managing partner of the Pinecrest Center for Family and Cosmetic Dentistry. He has been an attending faculty member at Miami Children's Hospital and has been a teaching associate at L.D. Pankey Institute since 1997.

His dentistry has been featured and published internationally in dental education textbooks and was featured on the Discovery Channel as one of the first dentists to incorporate digital technology into his practice.

He graduated from the University of Florida College of Dentistry in 1988.
