Software licensing manager sells home in Bayside Surfside

Medium d4e381d7892ff0aeb774a40e5bd43312 Jeffrey Tenen and Scarlet Tenen sold a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 8859 Emerson Ave. in Surfside to Juan C. Caceres and Olmedo Maria F. De Caceres for $457,000 on Nov. 2.

The Tenens acquired the property for $528,000 in April 2005.

The 1,994-square-foot house was built in 1950 in Bayside Surfside.

Mr. Tenen has been a strategic account manager at Softmart, which has been offering software licensing, IT hardware and asset management tools since 1982. Prior to that, he was a senior account manager at Arey Jones Educational Solutions.

He attended San Diego State University-California State University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 91 home sales in Surfside during the past 12 months, with a median price of $280,000.
