Brett Yormark and Michael Yormark bought a two-bedroom, three-bath condo at 99 S.E. Mizner Blvd. in Boca Raton from Barton Sklansky for $470,000 on Dec. 2.

Sklansky paid $519,000 for the property in April 2004. The 1,816-square-foot house was built in 2003 in Boca Raton Eastside. It is part of the Palmetto Place development.

Brett Yormark is the president and the CEO of Brooklyn Sports & Entertainment. He is also the CEO of the New Jersey Nets.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 774 condo sales in Boca Raton during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $220,000.
