Thiago Tacinari and Carolina Gomes Barbero Tacinari bought a four-bedroom, four-bath home at 16435 Sapphire Place in Weston from Gustavo Perez and Gladys Nogueiras for $356,400 on Nov. 15.

Perez and Nogueiras paid $345,000 for the property in April 2004. The 1,942-square-foot home in Weston South of Glades Parkway was built in 1997. It is located in the Sapphire Pointe Diamond Lake subdivision.

Mr. Tacinari is director of integration at Walmart International. He has also served Walmart International as an international auditor, merchandising logistics manager and continuous improvement manager for Walmart Brasil, and as senior merchandise manager and director of project administration.

He attended ESAN and the Business School of Sao Paulo.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,524 home sales in Weston during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $275,000.
