Dr. Todd Zusmer and Ana T. Zusmer sold a five-bedroom, four-bath home at 5091 S.W. 161st Ave. in Miramar to Vincent and Brenda Dawkins for $440,000 on Oct. 20.

The Zusmers paid $809,500 for the 3,501-square-foot house in March 2006. It was built in 2003 in the Miramar West neighborhood.

Dr. Zusmer is a family doctor with a special expertise in osteopathic manipulation. He is affiliated with the Westside Regional Medical Center.

He received his medical degree from the Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine (1996). He completed his residencies at Mount Sinai Medical Center and Westchester General Hospital.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 2,717 home sales in Miramar during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $165,000.
