Fifth Third Mortgage foreclosed on the property in May 2009. The 4,540-square-foot home in the Lighthouse Point North of Sample Road neighborhood was built in 2007.

Mr. Skoglund is the head of management at Norse Diesel, a Miami-based company that specializes in reconditioning diesel parts.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 236 sales in Lighthouse Point during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $270,00.
