Software creator nets $2.2M West Boca 6BD

Medium 48e46a26168a34b80c0b0af4f7bb8e35 Mark Malis and Candace Malis bought a six-bedroom, four-bath home at 17709 Fieldbrook Circle N. in West Boca from United Asset Holdings Residential LLC for $2.2 million on Aug. 29.

The 3,612-square-foot home was built in 1981 in St. Andrews Country Club.

Mark Malis is the CEO and co-founder of QQ Solutions Inc., a provider of software and web-based technology solutions for the insurance industry. He is also the original creator of both QuickQuote and QuickFile.

He received a B.S. in computer and information engineering from the University of Florida.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 46 home sales in West Boca during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $45,000.
