Baron and Laurie Philipson sold a seven-bedroom, seven-bath home at 2220 S.W. 119th Terrace in Davie to Rose and Danny Figueroa for $1.075 million on Sept. 8.

The Philipsons bought the property for $240,000 in Oct. 2003. The 6,902-square-foot house in the Davie Central neighborhood was built in 2007.

Mr. Philipson is the president of Legal-eze Litigation Graphics in Lauderdale Lakes. He also serves on the board of Children's Harbor in Pembroke Pines, which provides therapeutic services to children and families in crisis.

Mrs. Philipson also works at Legal-eze Litigation Graphics.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 1,121 home sales in Davie in 2008, with a median sales price of $181,350.
