Ken A. Baran and Penny S. Baran sold a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 1108 SE 6th St. in Deerfield to Tom Ryen and Siw Ryen Solbrekken for $360,000 on Sept. 25.

The Barans acquired the house for $300,000 in Oct. 2002.

The 1,739-square-foot house in the Deerfield Beach East neighborhood was built in 1959.

Mr. Baran serves as broker and owner of Baran Realty. He is a member of the Florida Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Realtor Association of Greater Fort Lauderdale and South Board of Realtors.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 2,095 sales in Deerfield Beach over the last 12 months, with a median sales price of $66,000.
