Valentina Bruk-Lee and Ian Lee bought a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 5418 S.W. 195th Terrace in Miramar from Avsti LLC for $375,000 on Sept. 16.

The 3,325-square-foot house in the Miramar West neighborhood was built in 2005. It was listed for as high as $379,900.

Mrs. Lee is an assistant professor at Florida International University.

She is a 2006 graduate of the University of South Florida.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 2,623 home sales in Miramar in 2008, with a median sales price of $170,000.
