Medical malpractice lawyer buys Davie 3BD

Medium ea3c2603800be9908d38749245147473 Aleida and Greg Mielke bought a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 2830 S.W. 117th Ave. in Davie from Khaqan and Laurie Karamat for $423,750 on Oct. 2.

The 2,784-square-foot home in the Davie Central neighborhood was built in 1976.

Ms. Mielke is an associate at the Fort Lauderdale office of McIntosh, Sawran, Peltz & Cartaya P.A. Her areas of practice include medical malpractice, nursing home litigation, pharmaceutical litigation, products liability and premises liability.

She earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Florida and her J.D. from the University of Miami.

Mr. Mielke is a regional sales manager for the South Florida and Caribbean operations of Riverbed Technology, a designer and manufacturer of WAN optimization products. He is also an account manager at Force 10 Networks, a developer and marketer high of network infrastructure equipment.

He most recently served as president of Pshapes, he was a regional sales manager at Ixia, a senior systems engineer at AFC/Tellabs and he worked at CSO Principal Consultant Southeast and at Racal Datacom.

He has an A.A. in computer science from the University of Florida and his B.A. from Florida International University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,159 sales in Davie during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $175,000.
