Inger Lisa Skroder bought a five-bedroom, two-bath home at 275 Codrington Dr. in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea from Peter Milan for $975,000 on Oct. 21.

Mr. Milan paid $975,000 for the 4,211-square-foot house in Sept. 2001. It was built in 1996 in the Lauderdale-by-the-Sea South neighborhood.

Ms. Skroder is a nurse practitioner. She is a co-founder and the chief executive officer of Trinity Air Ambulance International LLC, an air medical transport service. She holds a nursing degree from the University of Washington (1999).

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 205 home sales in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $299,000.
