The 2,929-square-foot home in Weston North of Glades Pkwy. was built in 1991.

Ms. Bernesby is director of sales and marketing for The Westin Diplomat Resort & Spa in Hollywood.

She previously served as director of sales for The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort in Orlando.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,411 home sales in Weston during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $265,000.
