Stephen and Sandra Cieslak bought a five-bedroom, three-bath home at 372 Carrington Drive in Weston from Miguel Tavera and Lydia M. Saldana for $405,000 on Nov. 9.

Tavera and Saldana bought the 2,923-square-foot house for $322,500 in March 2003.

Mr. Cieslak is a director of international sales at Clarcor, a manufacturer and distributor of filtration products. Previously, he was a general manager at Weston Engineering.

He attended Wayne State University and Northern Michigan University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,524 home sales in Weston during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $275,000.
