Mavel Navarro and Juan Castro sold a five-bedroom, four-bath home at 2031 S.W. 164th Ave. in Miramar to Angel Febles and Sandra E. Febles for $380,000 on Nov. 15.

Navarro paid $790,000 for the property in Oct. 2005. The two-story, 4,113-square-foot house was built in 2001 in Miramar West. It is located in Silver Shores of Miramar subdivision.

Navarro is currently head of legal for Central America at Shell Oil Company. She previously held the position of senior legal counsel.

She earned her B.A. in political science and international relations from the University of Rochester, and her J.D. from Tulane University School of Law.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 3,435 home sales in Miramar during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $130,000.
