Deanna and Elias Zakharia bought a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 2420 N.E. 51st St. in Lighthouse Point from U.S. Bank National Association and CSMC ARMT 2006-3 for $250,000 on Nov. 24.

The property was transferred to the U.S. Bank National Association in Oct. 2009. The 2,500-square-foot home in Lighthouse Point North of Sample Road was built in 1968. It is located in the Coral Key Villas subdivision.

Ms. Zakharia is president of the board of directors of Sierra Del Mar, a community of 151 homes located west of Boca Raton. She has also served as a senior resource manager and laboratory director at Motorola in West Palm Beach.

The Zakharias previously bought a condo at 7613 W. Sierra Drive Unit #38 in Boca Del Mar for $237,500 in June 2004.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 341 home sales in Lighthouse Point during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $244,000.
