Advertising V.P, project manager sell Fort Lauderdale 4BD

Medium 2219507e6f119507b50738a84f492927 Adam Kustin and Kirsten Kustin sold a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 4701 N.E. 27th Ave. in Fort Lauderdale to Kevin Ralph and Veronica Pizza for $529,650 on Nov. 30.

The 3,340-square-foot home was built in 1974 in Fort Lauderdale East. It is located in the Coral Ridge Country Club Estates subdivision.

Mr. Kustin is the vice president of client consultation at the Shelton Group, an advertising agency. He is involved in creation of effective marketing tactics as well as in the research, insight and creative process. He has worked at Sensormatic Electronics and became the director of product development of the health division at Sunbeam.

He was also the vice president of marketing at Xcelerate and Hitachi Consulting, the president of Kelley Swofford Roy and the vice president of client services at Starmark.

Ms. Kustin is the project manager at Scripps Networks. Prior to that, she was the program manager and a client partner and methodology director at Razorfish, an engagement manager at Telefonica, a regional manager at Renaissance Worldwide, a project manager and methodology lead at Cambridge Technology Partners and a manager of training and development at Boca Raton Resort Club.

She received her B.A. in secondary education from Wake Forest University and her M.B.A. in operations management from Tulane University.

Pizza handles yacht sales at Regency Yachts.
