Ellwood H. Autuori and Roland T. Gifford sold a three-bedroom, two-bath condo at 1500 N. Ocean Blvd. in Pompano Beach to Joseph and Jacqueline A. Lapiana for $400,000 on Dec. 17.

The 1,400-square-foot Unit #405 is part of the 1500 Ocean Club development built in 1989 in Pompano Beach East.

Mr. Autuori is an educator at Teen Awareness Group, a program servicing GLTB youth. He also serves as the organization's treasurer. He has spent most of his career working with children and families with emotional dysfunction at the Greenwich Public Schools in Greenwich, Connecticut.

He earned his M.S. in special education from Southern Connecticut State College and his B.A. from Valparaiso University.
