Kenwood home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Kenwood rose by $21,250 while total sales decreased by 9.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $301,250 - a 7.6% increase over the $280,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Kenwood in the first half of 2018.
