The median sale price of a home sold in January 2020 in Five Points rose by $46,500 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $391,500 - a 13.5% increase over the $345,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Five Points in January 2019, as well.
