Essex home prices rise in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Essex rose by $19,450 while total sales decreased by 31.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 100 homes sold, with a median sale price of $180,200 - a 12.1% increase over the $160,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 146 homes sold in Essex in the third quarter of 2019.
