Damascus home prices rise in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Damascus rose by $35,000 while total sales decreased by 18.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 65 homes sold, with a median sale price of $430,000 - a 8.9% increase over the $395,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 80 homes sold in Damascus in the third quarter of 2019.
