Hydes home prices fall in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Hydes fell by $73,700 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $298,750 - a 19.8% decrease over the $372,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Hydes in the third quarter of 2019, as well.
