Indian Hill home prices fall in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Indian Hill fell by $120,000 while total sales increased by 45.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,005,000 - a 10.7% decrease over the $1,125,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Indian Hill in the third quarter of 2019.
