The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Fairfax fell by $23,250 while total sales increased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $226,250 - a 9.3% decrease over the $249,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Fairfax in the third quarter of 2019.
