According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were seven registered voters residing at 6012 S.W. 38th St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Sherice Lanae Nixon Morris, 38, Luvarous Cedric Johnson, 37, Nicole Laboy, 35, Kevin Cecil Maitland, 44, Lendell Clinton Roberts, 34, James D. Ashley, 53, and Sapphire Ivelisse Cruz, 31.
