On Sept. 7, Marlita Louise Franklin and Calvin Lane III sold their home at 2548 N.W. Ninth Court, Fort Lauderdale (unincorporated) to Community Home Buyers LLC for $150,000.

So far in September 2021, five properties sold in Fort Lauderdale (unincorporated).

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were four registered voters residing at 2548 N.W. Ninth Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Myka Lashay Moore, 23, Edna M Gordon, 72, Michael Lashay Moore, 52, and Sheniene Moore, 47.
